What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for the offerwall product
- Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with relevant brands and agencies
- Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue
- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the employer
- Monitor ad performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the offerwall platform

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably within the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space
- Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
