      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for the offerwall product
      - Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with brands and agencies
      - Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue
      - Negotiate advertising rates and contracts for favorable terms
      - Monitor ad performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in the offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing space
      - Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
      - Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and key industry players
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities

      - Existing network of contacts within the advertising industry
