What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 7 years of experience using ADABAS utilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing n-tier distributed applications
- Minimum 8 years of experience writing Natural programs
- Minimum 8 years of experience analyzing and resolving mainframe system problems
- Minimum 8 years of experience using TSO, JES3, JCL, ISPF

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience designing and implementing Software AG Event Replicator
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL or Oracle databases
