What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Instruct general education courses in the ASVN, BSN, and RN to BSN degree completion programs
- Develop coursework and continuously improve the quality of instruction using innovative teaching methodologies
- Regularly evaluate student progress and maintain records of attendance and grades
- Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver course content effectively
- Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours for renewed licensure (if applicable)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred
- Previous online teaching experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Documented background in educational methodology relevant to teaching assignments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring students in an educational setting
- Familiarity with educational theory and practice related to specific subjects being taught
- Current clinical practice experience in relevant fields
