What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Instruct general education courses in the ASVN, BSN, and RN to BSN degree completion programs
- Develop and revise coursework and instructional guidelines for assigned classes
- Utilize innovative methodologies and techniques to enhance the quality of instruction
- Regularly evaluate students' progress and maintain records of attendance and grades
- Participate in professional development and quarterly online faculty meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree required; Doctoral Degree preferred
- Previous online teaching experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Documented background in educational methodology relevant to teaching assignments
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Products, especially Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring students in an educational setting
- Familiarity with current concepts in specific subjects related to the teaching assignments
- Commitment to maintaining CE hours for renewed licensure (if applicable)
