What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage students in course-related topic discussions and assignments
- Provide timely feedback and respond to student questions and concerns
- Maintain communication with department administration, faculty, and students

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- TCSPP training in online pedagogy or equivalent experience
- Experience with LMS portals (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)
- Work experience and/or training in IO Psychology and related topics
- Strong commitment to academic excellence, research, community service, and diversity

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree
- Experience teaching or publishing quantitative/qualitative methodology, research design & methodology
- Good command of statistics
