      Job summary

      The role will be required to provide efficient and effective administrative duties to Community Urgent CareThe team member will also provide flexible administrative support as required and requested by the Administration Manager to support service requirements.The post requires flexibility and the ability to provide a wide range of administrative duties as the service requires.

      Main duties of the job

      Receive telephone calls, compiling and updating the eroster on a daily basis and liaising with community staffing to ensure staffing is correct.

      Order stores on a weekly basis

      Cover reception for breaks and in emergenciesParticipate in team and Trust meetings as requested.

      • Good standard of education with English and maths to GCSE standard or equivalentIn depth knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and email systemsUnderstanding of Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act requirements and/or Caldicott issues

      • RSA3 word processing/ typing or equivalentEuropean computer driving licence or equivalentNVQ2 in administration/customer careKnowledge of IT systems relevant to the role
