- Provide administrative support to the Internal Medicine Human Administration Associate
- Develop, coordinate, and implement an employee recognition program for department staff
- Organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality in an open office environment
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to perform administrative tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional discretion and judgment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent
- Experience in an academic healthcare or university-related setting
- Familiarity with database software
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities
