      Job summary

      We are seeking an Administration Support Officer to work on transformational projects and programmes within PTHB. This is a dynamic work environment and so the successful applicant will be flexible, organised, work with a high degree of accuracy and have a keen eye for detail.

      Main duties of the job

      As part of a supportive team the post holder will help ensure transformational projects or programmes are delivered to the required parameters. Duties will include liaising with staff across PTHB, diary management, taking minutes of meetings and updating documents.

      This role involves significant exposure to senior leaders across the organisation and offers excellent development opportunities. Applications are encouraged from those seeking full time or part time hours.

      The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

      • NVQ 3 or equivalent qualification or relevant experience
      • Experience of using computer based management information systems
      • Experience and an ability to prepare detailed reports
      • Experience of using Microsoft Office software

      Desirable

      • Experience of working in an environment where both tact and diplomacy has had to be used.
      • Knowledge of the structure and operation of the Health Board
