      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage administrative processes and maintain electronic filing systems
      - Prepare printed materials, including reports and correspondence
      - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office supply inventory
      - Greet conservatees and respond to communication, directing inquiries to appropriate staff
      - Ensure documents are accessible for individuals using assistive technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience
      - One year of progressively responsible administrative or secretarial experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, including interpretation and translation
      - Effective telephone skills and ability to handle challenging situations patiently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience
      - Knowledge of legal and service rights of people with disabilities in California
      - Experience working with individuals with disabilities or from diverse communities
      - Familiarity with new and emerging software and technology
      - Life experience as a person with a disability or as a caregiver for someone with a disability
