      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and maintain multiple mailboxes and phone lines, managing a high volume of medical emergency Eforms
      - Research and prepare reports, update and maintain spreadsheets and databases, and answer multi-line phones
      - Track action items to ensure timely completion and report progress to the Local Office Manager
      - Field inquiries from external partners such as the Department of Corrections and the Department of Child Safety
      - Coordinate and schedule work activities, meetings, and presentations, including preparing meeting agendas and minutes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of administrative experience
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
      - Ability to pass background and reference checks
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficiency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the assignment and one year of required experience
      - Master's degree in a relevant field
      - Experience working with state agencies or similar organizations
      - Familiarity with the Arizona Department of Economic Security policies and procedures
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment
