      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate virtual court hearings and arrange trials and other court actions
      - Support interactions with Criminal Justice Partners for requested court proceedings
      - Maintain documentation and data related to Legal Access requests
      - Communicate with facility personnel and assist incarcerated individuals in navigating the court system
      - Provide troubleshooting for virtual connections during court proceedings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Knowledge of DOC policies, including DOC 450.200, DOC 490.800, and DOC 590.500
      - Basic computer proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, and other related virtual platforms
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Clear understanding and commitment to DOC Core Values

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of experience as an Administrative Assistant 1
      - A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely allied field
      - Two years of responsible office experience at the senior clerical level or higher
      - Clerical or office work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis
