      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review requests for virtual and telephonic court actions and determine appropriate responses
      - Plan and schedule venues for court interactions with incarcerated individuals
      - Facilitate connections with courts and troubleshoot virtual connections
      - Maintain documentation and data related to legal access requests
      - Complete public disclosure requests in accordance with DOC policy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School graduation or equivalent education
      - Knowledge of DOC policies, including telephone use and legal access for incarcerated individuals
      - Basic computer proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and other related platforms
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Clear understanding and commitment to DOC Core Values

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One year of experience as an Administrative Assistant 1
      - A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a closely allied field, along with two years of responsible office experience
      - Experience in clerical or office work that can be substituted for formal education on a year-for-year basis
