      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and clerical support to managers, team members, and client families, including answering phone calls and scheduling
      - Greet and interact with families, handling inquiries with compassion and empathy
      - Monitor accounts and financials related to receipt books, deposit policies, and receivables
      - Ensure all funeral service delivery items are carried out professionally and promptly
      - Maintain a neat and presentable office area and manage office supplies inventory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum three years of work experience in a small business office environment; funeral industry experience is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Ability to learn and use multiple computer software, systems, and office equipment
      - High attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent follow-up skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the funeral industry or a related field
      - Strong understanding of financial processes related to office management
      - Familiarity with online portals and social media for communication
      - Excellent grammatical skills for effective communication
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
