Job Description
The Perioperative Administrative Assistant will report and be a direct support the Director of Perioperative Services role. The candidate's role will include but not limited to managing the daily calendar, payroll, data collection, assisting with departmental charges, recording of meeting minutes and preparation of power point presentations including data collection and reporting for executive meetings.
Requirements
*A Bachelors Degree with knowledge of medical terminology ,strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Microsoft Teams or equivalent, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
* Must exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance with an emotional maturity to complete tasks independently.
* Must be able to multitask and focus on varying competing tasks. candidate must be able to problem solve, action plan and function with limited directions. * Position requires the ability to operate standard office equipment
