      Job Description

      As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to several finance leaders within the organization. You will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and with a high standard of quality. Your role will be varied and dynamic, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Print, bind, and prepare documents and materials for meetings
      • Draft, edit, and format various texts and documents, including correspondence, invitations, and organizational charts
      • Process purchase requests and other transactions, and follow up on necessary approvals
      • Manage multiple calendars and coordinate schedules
      • Assist the Recruitment team by scheduling interviews and meetings
      • Support review processes by tracking documents and approvals
      • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, and digitalizing documents
      • Assist in organizing internal events and global meetings
      • Support ad hoc projects and provide backup to other administrative assistants when needed
      • Handle basic office management tasks (e.g., coffee machine maintenance, toner replacements, IT supplies)

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)
      • Highly proactive and resourceful
      • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
      • Dependable, trustworthy, and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
      • Flexible and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
      • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
