Administrative support for Career Catalyst Service, including monitoring the Salesforce ticketing system, performing password resets, tracking and auditing employment and worksite documentation, and assisting with client and employee training.
Administrative support for the team including complex scheduling, meeting facilitation, data entry, report generation, record maintenance and travel support
Capacity to serve multiple clients and still maintain the highest standards of customer service
Must be a good communicator across multiple channels, able to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with highly diverse stakeholders across a number of involved systems
Ability to anticipate and solve practical problems quickly, effectively and with flexibility

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. Together, we are building stronger communities by getting students and colleges the resources they need to succeed and expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California. What You’ll Do
As an employer-of-record service, Career Catalyst provides human resources and payroll services for work-based learning while partnering with a diverse network of clients. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Advancement Systems, this Administrative Assistant position represents an exciting opportunity for an adaptable individual with robust attention to detail and problem solving skills to provide administrative support to resource development activities and special projects within the Advancement division of FoundationCCC. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, and strong performer, is passionate about their own work and the team’s success and takes pride in successful team outcomes.

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
$20.00 - $22.00Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
