Transcribe recorded or live dictation into accurate, well-formatted documents

Draft emails, letters, and reports based on verbal or written instructions

Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives or managers

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications

Support general office operations and assist with various administrative tasks

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

Proven experience in an administrative or executive assistant role

Excellent dictation and transcription skills (typing speed of 60+ WPM preferred)

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and transcription software/tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
