What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Confirm and adjust systems to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage administrative tasks using Honeybook CRM for client management
- Build and manage client profiles, handling 32-48 clients per month
- Act as an intermediary between vendors and clients for design approvals
- Generate and submit reports as required by Honeybook
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to CRM systems
- Basic understanding of invoicing and payment processing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Honeybook CRM or similar client management systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
