      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide essential administrative support to the property management team for smooth operations
      - Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communications
      - Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with documentation
      - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
      - Build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
      - Professional customer service and communication skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - At least one year of directly related or closely related experience
