      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain legal files and timely enter case and client information into the legal database
      - Perform data entry, scanning, copying, and word processing, as well as create and maintain spreadsheets
      - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, legal partners, hospital personnel, and the general public
      - Assist with the administrative aspects of opening and closing legal files
      - Participate in MLP clinics, home visits, and other client service or community outreach events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA/AS and/or BA/BS or equivalent work/life experience
      - Proficiency in Spanish with the ability to provide written and oral translation
      - Ability to work effectively with hospital personnel, staff, volunteers, students, attorneys, and community members
      - Proficiency with MS Office and legal databases, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Lexis Nexis/Westlaw
      - Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and meet deadlines in a high-volume caseload environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with NetDocuments, LegalServer, or other web-based document and case management systems
      - Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
      - Demonstrated understanding and commitment to the mission of equal justice for all
