      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage calendars, coordinate team meetings, webinars, and travel arrangements
      - Process timely and accurate travel and expense reports and manage P-card expenses
      - Provide onboarding support for new hires, including equipment requests and schedule coordination
      - Create and modify documents including reports, memos, and agendas
      - Assist with planning and executing internal events such as town halls and team-building activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of administrative work experience, preferably in a global organization
      - Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Experience managing calendars and supporting multiple senior leaders
