      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for the Intake and Resolution and Legal divisions, including processing EEO complaints and maintaining case records
      - Conduct intake meetings to explain EEO options and gather information from individuals
      - Perform EEO counseling to investigate allegations of discrimination and attempt to resolve cases
      - Assist with internal audits of EEO cases to ensure compliance with regulations
      - Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing travel authorizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have an active SECRET clearance
      - Minimum of two years of work experience in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines
      - Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
      - Experience coordinating travel logistics and knowledge of Department of State travel systems preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
      - Current or prior State Department experience
      - Knowledge of EEO regulations and anti-harassment programs
      - Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
      - Strong active listening and problem-solving skills
