What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain submittal registers and administer filing of hardcopy submittal records for multiple projects
- Process invoices for all international jobs and coordinate vendor payments with the Accounting and Procurement Departments
- Input purchase orders and change orders into the purchasing database
- Provide clerical support to project site staff and the international operations department
- Maintain home office copies of project files and post revisions to construction documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment
- Current clearance, or the ability to obtain, a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in document control or project management within the construction industry
- Familiarity with accounts payable software and purchasing databases
- Strong ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities effectively
- Previous experience in a role requiring communication with vendors or external stakeholders
