      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain files of international project records and document control
      - Process invoices and support international department staff as needed
      - Administer and file hardcopy submittal records for multiple projects
      - Coordinate the transfer of electronic data with project stakeholders
      - Provide clerical support to project site staff and the international operations department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED
      - At least two years of clerical or administrative experience in an office environment
      - Current clearance or ability to obtain a Department of Defense minimum secret security clearance
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with accounts payable software and purchasing databases
      - Previous experience in a construction or project management setting
