What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Verify client information and ensure all required documents are in the client's online files
- Maintain detailed records of policy applications and underwriting submissions
- Work closely with the agent to facilitate case processing
- Handle confidential client information while adhering to confidentiality protocols
- Generate reports and track case statuses as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in an insurance administrative role (life insurance preferred)
- Some knowledge of the insurance underwriting process
- Understanding of compliance regulations
- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General knowledge of California insurance regulations
- Previous experience supporting underwriting or policy processing
