      Description: Job Title: Office Assistant & Office Manager – QuickBooks & Routing Specialist Location: Kansas City, KS Are you a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented professional with a background in QuickBooks and office operations? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where your input helps shape the success of the business? A small but rapidly growing service provider, is seeking an Office Assistant & Office Manager to play a key role in our day-to-day operations.

      We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running — someone professional, experienced, and capable of taking ownership of core administrative functions while ensuring smooth scheduling and communication with both team members and clients.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Manage daily office operations, including client communications, scheduling, and internal coordination.

      • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (including invoicing, expenses, and payroll).What We're Looking For Experience with QuickBooks is essential (payroll and invoicing familiarity highly preferred).

      • Route and schedule field crews for optimal efficiency and job coverage.

      • Track job progress, process work orders, and maintain up-to-date client records.

      • Support general administrative functions: data entry, filing, ordering supplies, etc.

      • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

      • Professional communication and customer service skills. Prior experience with scheduling/routing for service teams is a major plus. Comfortable working independently in a small office environment.

      • Landscaping or field service industry experience is a bonus but not required.

      Compensation We offer competitive compensation based on experience and role fit:

      Part-Time: Starting around $25 per hour, with flexible hours and the opportunity for growth.

      Full-Time: Annual salary in the $50,000–$60,000 range, depending on experience and qualifications.
