Manage daily office operations, including client communications, scheduling, and internal coordination.
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks (including invoicing, expenses, and payroll).What We're Looking For Experience with QuickBooks is essential (payroll and invoicing familiarity highly preferred).
Route and schedule field crews for optimal efficiency and job coverage.
Track job progress, process work orders, and maintain up-to-date client records.
Support general administrative functions: data entry, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Professional communication and customer service skills. Prior experience with scheduling/routing for service teams is a major plus. Comfortable working independently in a small office environment.
Landscaping or field service industry experience is a bonus but not required.

Compensation We offer competitive compensation based on experience and role fit:
Part-Time: Starting around $25 per hour, with flexible hours and the opportunity for growth.
Full-Time: Annual salary in the $50,000–$60,000 range, depending on experience and qualifications.
