What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the visitor experience by greeting guests, vendors, and deliveries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep the kitchen and common areas organized and fully stocked with snacks and drinks
- Assist with all onboarding and off-boarding tasks
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- AA degree or higher with 2 years of experience
- 2+ years of recent experience as an Administrative Assistant or Administrative Business Partner
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong written correspondence and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous work experience in tech or at a tech startup
- Knowledge of computer vision and software as a service
- Advanced technical skills and/or ability to learn new tech and software quickly
