      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to public inquiries by answering incoming calls and reviewing/distributing mail
      - Perform a variety of complex administrative support duties including document management and data entry
      - Assist law enforcement personnel with specialized support duties such as running criminal histories and compiling investigative information
      - Transcribe and proofread confidential investigative transcripts and reports
      - Coordinate surplus inventory services and assist with special projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of the Arizona Criminal Justice Information System and related federal/state statutes
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or related field
      - Must be Terminal Operator Certified (TOC) or obtain certification within 30 days of hire
      - Strong organizational skills and proficiency in data entry
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with law enforcement personnel and understanding of criminal justice processes
      - Familiarity with various computer programs, software, and applications used in legal settings
