What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to the Director and the Advertising and Marketing department
- Maintain project samples, communication files, and assist in preparing equipment for photoshoots
- Supervise office and production staff, acting as the point-of-contact for departmental issues
- Coordinate resources and assist in the creation of new projects
- Perform company errands and other related duties as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree or in the process of completing a degree in Art, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
- Ability to operate or quickly learn the Mac computer operating system
- Good driving record and physical capability for tasks such as lifting and moving equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical knowledge related to advertising and marketing
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Prior experience working in art, advertising, or marketing fields
