What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with CEO and Executive Team to implement company objectives and strategies
- Participate in company-sponsored development and team building activities
- Support Sales Managers and Consultants in project completion
- Compile and present data for sales teams
- Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Effective multitasking and time management skills
- Availability to work evenings from 2 pm - 10 pm CT
- Saturday availability for morning training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales support role
- Familiarity with the solar energy industry
