What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and manage phone calls, taking messages and directing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinate travel arrangements for associates attending meetings and training sessions
- Assist in setting up meeting and training areas, including catering arrangements
- Handle basic accounting functions, including invoice entry and credit card reconciliation
- Maintain communication with the Director of Administration and manage office supplies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an administrative support, receptionist, or clerical role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge and experience in the Assisted Living industry and Dementia care
- Familiarity with risk management concepts
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in corporate matters
