- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry, into company databases.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
- Transcribe information from various sources accurately and efficiently.
- Collect data from different departments or sources and input it into spreadsheets or databases.
- Assist with basic math calculations and data analysis, including the use of Excel and pivot tables.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
- Take paper logs and enter them into spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
- Process daily production logs and enter them into spreadsheets, handling 10-30 sheets a day.
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years of experience
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with PDF - Adobe
- Typing speed of 40 WPM - Tested

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, including order entry, into company databases. Work Environment
Job Type: Part-Time with potential transition to full-time. Schedule: Monday to Friday with flexible start and end times while part-time, working 20-30 hours per week initially with potential to expand up to 40 hours per week. Work Location: In person.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
