      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, and coordinate administrative duties within the department
      - Manage personnel functions including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience
      - Strong understanding of rules, regulations, and policies relevant to the department
      - Proven ability to manage office staff effectively
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills
