      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements for the community engagement and strategic initiatives teams
      - Schedule, arrange, and support meetings and events, including audio-visual needs
      - Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders and maintain records
      - Provide logistical support for community engagement events
      - Assist in the coordination and execution of multiple ongoing projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, and other CRM tools
      - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
