      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Learner Success and Workforce Engagement department
      - Assist students in accessing and navigating student success resources and services
      - Maintain accurate and up-to-date student data, records, and databases related to student success programs
      - Plan, coordinate, and execute student success events, workshops, and programs
      - Prepare and distribute departmental communications and liaise with internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
      - Proven experience in administrative support or related roles
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Proficient computer skills and experience with MS Office Suite
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of student success programs and services in a higher education setting is a plus
      - Experience with budget and expense management in an administrative capacity
