- Follow the process to place students in geographies on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate directly with Facility Administrators and Regional Operations Directors to identify barriers for placement and come up with solutions.
- Coordinate with local school administrators to support the execution of new Student Training Agreements and drive the submittals of more students.
- Frequent and clear communication with your field and school stakeholders is a must.
- Escalate barriers to placements to your supervisor, and plan to come with solution-oriented ways to drive performance in your market.
- Proactively troubleshoot when processes are not working and in partnership with your supervisor, identify process improvement opportunities.
- Passionate about our team’s mission of delivering fully staffed and stable teams to our field partners
- Energized by working closely with our nursing school and field partners
- Excited to work within a growing team
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of total work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook
- HR experience is helpful, but not required
- Experience with school partnerships is helpful, but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:
Overview
The Program Administrator role on the Talent Partnership Team will consist of coordinating placement of students in nursing programs throughout the country into facilities for an internship. This role will be responsible for following students throughout their internship and report out on key findings that help determine why a student was or was not hired after their internship. This role will also partner with stakeholders to build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, strive to improve processes, and use our systems and technology to their fullest extent. This person will need to build relationships with school partners and local DaVita teammates to bring Talent Partnership programs to life. We need someone detail-oriented, execution-oriented, and passionate about helping nursing students navigate their career options.

Salary/ Wage Range
$55,000.00 - $75,500.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
