      Job summary

      37 hours per week Monday to Friday with weekend working on a rotational basis and one late shift 10am to 6pm per week. The Neighbourhood Team provides a seven day per week service and admin is vital to this.

      We are looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate team player to work within the administration team for the Evesham Broadway, Bredon and Inkberrow (EBBI) Neighbourhood team. The Neighbourhood Team is a multi discipline team made up of Community Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners which supports patients with health needs in their own homes within the local community. The post holder will be part of the admin team which provides a full admin function for the clinical staff by maintaining the patient record system, and having direct patient contact answering single point of access telephone queries. The post holder will be based at the Neighbourhood Team Hub in Evesham Community Hospital.

      The Neighbourhood Team is a busy, dynamic environment to work in. Members of the admin team have to be multi taskers to the highest degree. They are problem solvers, call centre operatives, data recorders and analysts, secretaries, procurement experts, inhouse pharmacy administrators, patient liaison advisors, IT experts, the go to people to lend and ear and sometimes even a shoulder to cry on.

      Main duties of the job

      The Neighbourhood Team admin function is never dull, always changing and extremely fulfilling to be a part of

      Admin work alongside the clinical staff helping them to treat patients in their own homes and avoid hospital admission
