This is your opportunity to leave a legacy in the lives of others.The Future Leaders Program AIT Director is responsible for building, leading, managing, and facilitating AIT Future Leaders Program from end to end. As a content creator, program manager, advisor, and educator, this role will own and drive all aspects of the program, focusing on developing future leaders, measuring program effectiveness, and ensuring continuous improvement. The Future Leaders Program AIT Director transitions between high-level program design and hands-on implementation to deliver an exceptional learning experience.Position Highlights
*Lead and manage all facets of the AIT program from recruitment and candidate selection through ongoing mentorship, training, and eventual licensure.*Serve as the primary advisor and guide for AITs, helping them navigate the program and their journey toward licensure and leadership.*Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for AITs and Preceptors, focusing on leadership development, healthcare operations, and business management.*Develop and implement a comprehensive system to measure the program's success, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), participant progress, and overall program effectiveness.*Work closely with the Transformation team, HR, market leaders, and Preceptors to ensure the program is fully integrated into the organization's talent development strategy.Benefits

*Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.*Three to five years' experience in program management, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.*Experience creating curriculum, training materials, and leading learning sessions.*Leadership, mentoring and coaching skills required.*Program management skills required.*Must have the ability to track and analyze data to report on program performance.*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders, Preceptors, and AITs.*Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
