      Job summary

      This is an exciting opportunity to join an established IAPT service as an Admin Assistant for the Lincoln Lincolnshire Talking Therapy Team. We are looking for an organized, flexible, efficient team player to join our busy, supportive service.

      The successful applicant will be based at Lincoln LTT, supporting service delivery, working Mon 9-5 and 1 late shift per week on a rota. Duties include reception cover, book patient's appointments, input data, other general office tasks. The service will provide regular supervision and training to support this.

      LTT is a successful IAPT service that provides a stepped care model for the treatment of people with mild to moderate common mental health problems e.g., anxiety and depression in line with NICE guidelines.

      Main duties of the job

      You will require excellent communication, organisational and IT skills as well as having an exemplary telephone manner, with the initiative to work on your own at times. We are currently offering hybrid work if appropriate and rostered by the supervisor and Team manager, ensuring that office cover is maintained as the priority.

      Collecting minimum data set information for patients prior to commencing treatment.

      Assist in scheduling of appointments and diary management as appropriate using IAPTus to schedule assessment and treatment appointments.

      Record all data using the appropriate information system or manually where this is required including data entry, word processing, scanning of documents for e-noting and storage.

      Comply with and carry out safe practice in accordance with Trust policies and procedures, appropriate Codes of Conduct, the Mental Health Act (1983) and other relevant national and local guidance.
