Job Title: Administrator x3

The role
As an Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary where you’ll be key to supporting the project within 10 Dock with general administration and document control.
Day to day, you’ll provide general administrative support to the various teams.
• Arranging travel as and when required
• Typing letters/reports/photocopying and diary management
• Maintenance and administration of the SharePoint site to ensure consistency across all projects
• Minute taking and distribution
• Stationery ordering for the departments
• Escorting visitors and arranging access to the site
Essential experience of the Administrator:
• Excellent MS office skills
• Effective written and verbal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and time-management skills
• Effective decision making/problem solving skills36 hours (7.30am – 3.45pm (with 45 minutes lunch) and 7.30am to 1.30pm on Friday based onsite at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
Qualifications for the Administrator:
Must provide evidence (i.e. certificates) of GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above before an offer can be made.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance level for this role.
