- Responsible for the creation and execution of enrollment plans to meet enrollment targets.
- Analyzes enrollment data to determine department effectiveness.
- Navigate University of Arizona enrollment process and qualifying features.
- Oversees recruitment and retention for all graduate programs in the iSchool.
- Work effectively with graduate program directors and coordinators to effectively engage them in the recruitment and retention process.
- Execute effective pipeline management of prospective graduate students.
- Implement a communication plan with timely responsiveness to inquiries (RFI and email follow-up) based on discipline specific knowledge.
- Coordinate effectively with brand marketing team and lead generation partners.
- Identifies areas of opportunity for improvement and enrollment barriers and makes recommendation to leadership.
- Participate in team meetings.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.

Enrollment Counselors strive to provide each student with a welcoming experience that assists in building their connection to the university and establishing their identity as a member of the Wildcat Family. The Enrollment Counselor will provide logistical and personnel support for the enrollment of graduate students.
