      Position Highlights The Enrollment Counselor (Admission Counselor II) for the Information School will be responsible for the operation and management of recruitment and enrollment activity of graduate students (i.e., Recruitment, Pre-enrollment Counseling, Next Steps Center, New Student Orientation). Enrollment Counselors strive to provide each student with a welcoming experience that assists in building their connection to the university and establishing their identity as a member of the Wildcat Family. The Enrollment Counselor will provide logistical and personnel support for the enrollment of graduate students.

      Duties & Responsibilities
      • Responsible for the creation and execution of enrollment plans to meet enrollment targets.
      • Analyzes enrollment data to determine department effectiveness.
      • Navigate University of Arizona enrollment process and qualifying features.
      • Oversees recruitment and retention for all graduate programs in the iSchool.
      • Work effectively with graduate program directors and coordinators to effectively engage them in the recruitment and retention process.
      • Execute effective pipeline management of prospective graduate students.
      • Implement a communication plan with timely responsiveness to inquiries (RFI and email follow-up) based on discipline specific knowledge.
      • Coordinate effectively with brand marketing team and lead generation partners.
      • Identifies areas of opportunity for improvement and enrollment barriers and makes recommendation to leadership.
      • Participate in team meetings.
      • Additional duties as assigned.
      Minimum Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
      • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
