What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct phone interviews with prospective students to understand their motivations, goals, and obstacles related to continuing education
- Present information about the benefits of education and Chamberlain University, tailoring the message to each student's needs and career goals
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process, assisting with questions, financial aid, and necessary documents
- Build relationships with students and identify and contact other prospective students
- Perform assigned duties and comply with all policies and standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Passion for higher education and helping prospective students achieve their goals
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Goal-oriented and internally motivated
- Availability to work one evening per week and occasional Saturdays

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in recruitment, marketing, client services, or consulting in the education sector
