What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrolling at the university
- Engage with prospective students via various communication channels to discuss their future and facilitate enrollment
- Assess the needs of prospective students and showcase the benefits of a university education
- Demonstrate a high level of program knowledge to assist students and meet recruitment goals
- Manage student database, application paperwork, and follow-up documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree required; bachelor's strongly preferred
- 1+ years of prior sales/consultative selling experience or customer service background
- Self-driven and comfortable making multiple outbound calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for helping and empowering others to succeed
