What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all calls through appropriate call queues
- Resolve questions from callers or route calls to the appropriate site/department
- Complete documentation in EMR and marketing systems
- Schedule new and returning patients in the EMR system
- Maintain performance related to KPIs and quality review measures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
- 1+ year of healthcare-related work experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle high-stress situations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of data entry (primarily Excel) and computer software systems
- Experience in a call center or customer service field
- Knowledge of medical terminology
