What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer in Atlanta, Georgia, to prospective students, parents, and secondary school counselors
- Conduct admissions recruitment through various methods including in-person appointments, group presentations, and virtual sessions
- Manage assigned recruitment territory, leveraging relationships and admissions data to enhance recruitment activity
- Counsel prospective students and families about the admissions process and academic offerings
- Travel to high schools, college fairs, and recruitment events as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in customer service, education, sales, or a related field
- Strong cross-cultural interpersonal and writing skills, including public speaking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Commitment to the employer's vision of inclusion and equity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College/university admissions experience or experience working with middle or high school audiences
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Residing in the greater Atlanta area or willingness to relocate shortly after hire
