What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, coordinate, and implement recruitment strategies to grow the pool of potential students
- Conduct outreach efforts to build relationships with community organizations for student recruitment
- Organize and execute recruitment activities, including graduate fairs and information sessions
- Maintain detailed knowledge of degree programs, admissions policies, and financial aid processes
- Follow up with prospective students to maintain their interest and facilitate the application process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in higher education recruitment and outreach
- Experience with Nursing & Allied Health programs
- Proficiency in desktop software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with social media/networking for recruitment purposes
- Familiarity with database management systems, such as Datatel Colleague and EMT® Connect
- Proven ability to interact with a diverse population of students, including adult learners and international students
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in sales and marketing related to student recruitment
