      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate with inquiries via telephone, email, or other compliant and secure means clearly and effectively
      - Ensure HIPAA compliance in all transactions and maintain professional relationships with all inquiries
      - Screen applications for completeness and execute all admissions paperwork and agreements
      - Assist in marketing efforts and building relationships with referral sources
      - Participate in an on-call rotation and attend regional conferences and local events as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
      - Extensive knowledge of the recovery industry
      - Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Basic working knowledge of Microsoft & Adobe platforms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of 12-Step programs and recovery language
      - Certifications such as CADC-I, CADC, or PSP
      - Familiarity with varying therapeutic modalities and approaches
      - Basic working knowledge of commercial health insurance
