What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support the Admissions Team in daily operations while ensuring high levels of customer service
- Engage with prospective clients and provide compassionate support in the admissions process
- Achieve departmental and individual key performance indicators (KPIs) related to admissions and client conversion
- Manage inquiries and effectively respond to a variety of questions from potential clients and referral sources
- Maintain strong relationships with referring providers and demonstrate urgency in supporting these referrals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer-facing sales environment is required
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sales environment is desired
- Experience in behavioral healthcare call center settings is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism in client interactions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in eating disorder treatment settings or knowledge of behavioral healthcare
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals or KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
- Ability to navigate complex client inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Previous experience in a leadership or training role within a team setting
