What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and returning clients seeking treatment
- Manage objections and motivate clients to pursue the admissions process using a relational selling approach
- Document interactions accurately and navigate administrative details efficiently
- Achieve departmental and individual KPIs while maintaining a high level of client experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referring providers and community resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field or equivalent experience
- Experience in a customer-facing sales environment
- 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare sales environment is desired
- Experience in behavioral healthcare call center is desired
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to professionalism
